Antoine de Gabrielli is the founder of the network and runs it on a daily basis.
A graduate of the ESSEC business school, Antoine de Gabrielli co-founded Companieros (www.companieros.com), the School of Meaning at Work, with his partner, Béatrice de Gourcuff. Today, he continues to speak at conferences and trainings on subjects always related to the meaning of work in organisations.
Passionate about the issue of professional equality, Antoine created in 2011 Mercredi-c-papa, the first men’s association whose objective is to involve men in professional equality policies. This initiative is based on 10 years of personal experience of listening and sharing between men on the issues of personal and professional success for men.
In March 2013, Companieros launched the Happy Men Share More project in partnership with several companies. The objective of this project is that women and men can be engaged in their professional lives while respecting their essential private life issues. Antoine continues to be involved in this project, which is an approach that produces meaning at work in companies.
